1. What is required to reserve a chocolate fountain?
Chocolate Fountain indulgence requires a $150.00 non-refundable deposit to hold the date of your scheduled event.  Upon receipt of a signed contract and payment of a rental deposit, Chocolate Fountain Indulgence will consider your event confirmed for the date stated in the contract.  The remaining balance on the fountain rental will be due two (7) days prior to the date of the scheduled event.

2. How long can I have the chocolate fountain at my event?
Our basic rental package includes three (3) hours of chocolate fountain enjoyment and entertainment for you and your guests.  Should you decide to utilize the fountain for a longer time period than three (3) hours, our basic fee of $25.00 per each 1/2 hour for additional time will apply.

3. Who is responsible for the setup, operation and clean-up associated with the chocolate fountain?
Chocolate Fountain Indulgences personnel will do all the work for you. We arrive approximately one (1) hour prior to start time of your event to ensure that your guests will smell the sweet aroma of the chocolate as they enter the room. An attendant will be there at all times to show your guests how to enjoy the fountain as well as to keep the fountain pristine at all times. Although our attendant will be happy to assist the facility's staff concerning the chocolate fountain's table, the staff is ultimately responsible for replenishing the accompaniments and the general appearance of the table. Once the event is over we'll dismantle and take it away.

4. Do you provide decorations around the fountain?
The chocolate fountain itself is by far the ultimate table centerpiece. The cascading chocolate along with a colorful array of fruit and other appetizers is plenty of decor to compliment the fountain arrangement.  We do however, provide a cloth to cover the base of the fountain and a Semi-custom Presentation.  You are of course welcome to provide any additional decorations, if you so desire.

5. Can the chocolate fountain be used outside?
The chocolate fountain operates best in enclosed facilities.  The chocolate has such a sweet, inviting aroma, that it has the tendency to attract additional unwanted guests such as flying insects and bugs.  In addition, the chocolate must be kept at a certain operating temperature.  Fluctuation of outdoor conditions will affect the chocolates integrity.  However, with a proper outdoor enclosure, tent or canopy, the fountain can be utilized at outdoor events depending on the location.

6. What are the minimum table and electrical requirements?
The chocolate fountain requires a basic 120 volt grounded electrical outlet within ten (10) feet of the location of the fountain.  In addition, a sturdy, rigid, level table is mandatory to support the fountain and any decorations.  If the table is not level, the chocolate will not flow properly.  Please confirm and re-confirm these requirements with your facility before the onset of your scheduled event so that there is no delay in the setup of the fountain because once the fountain is set up it can not be moved during the event. In addition, the facility should provide a skirted tablecloth for the table.
Note* ( 6 foot tables work best in most cases where there are up-to 5 dipping items being offered).

7. What kind of chocolate can be used in the chocolate fountain?
CFI believes in only using the uppermost quality chocolate in our fountains so we use Sephra Chocolate by CALLEBAUT made with the freshest, and finest ingredients that is especially designed to give our clients the smoothest, richest, and most beautiful chocolate fondue you can imagine for their affair.

8. What is the maximum number of guests that the chocolate fountain will serve?
The chocolate fountain will serve an unlimited number of guests as long as additional chocolate is added as the fountain reservoir gets low.  18-20 pounds of chocolate for up 200 guests and 30 pounds for up to
350  guest  is usually an adequate amount.  Additional chocolate may be purchased on an "as-needed" basis.  Never fear though, Chocolate Fountains Indulgence will always have an extra supply on hand to insure that your fountain never runs dry.

9. Do you provide dipping accompaniments?
Yes. We have found that many of clients like us to take care of everything, so we can provide dipping items for an additional fee. However some facilities do not allow outside vendors to provide food items
so please check before purchasing dipping items from us.

10. What some items are not recommended for use with the chocolate fountain?
Any dessert item that will break apart easily or is crumbly in nature (especially pound cake) tends to compromise the smooth, flowing characteristics of the chocolate fountain.

11. Are there additional charges associated with the rental of a chocolate fountain?
Additional charges that may be associated with the rental of a chocolate fountain include a possible travel fee, depending on location of event.  The client will be notified in advance if a delivery fee applies prior to being charged. A 12% Gratuity fee will be assessed for all scheduled events and Sales Tax (if applicable). If the time limit exceeds the three (3) hours fees will be added.Your Chocolate Fountains representative will inform the client, if and when, these additional charges apply.

12.  What forms of payment does Chocolate Fountains accept?
Chocolate Fountain Indulgence accepts cash and check as well as secure on-line payments through PayPal. (VISA, Mastercard, etc...)
